Well. I've been having trouble with my goldfish tank for about 4 months now. It started when I lost my very favorite fish, Nikko, to what appeared to be an accident. I think he got stuck and broke his spine trying to get out. That was so awful.

But lucky me, it didn't stop there. Something happened in my tank where there was suddenly really aggressive fin rot. So I tried my best to treat it. I've been melafixing and pimafixing the water for 3 months now, salting, keeping up on water changes (as much as you should when you're medicating the tank at least)... and they just kept dying. 

Tomtom was fine one morning. Did errands for 4 hours. Came back and he's a gonner and all of his scales were stripped from his body.

Vinnie was fine one night. Next morning he was dead. 

So then it's just been me and Rosco for a couple months. Still treating the tank. His fin rot not getting any fucking better. The water looking like shit because the carbon filters were out this whole time so I could treat the tank.

And now he's gonna succumb to whatever took the others. He's been losing his scales and his fins just never got better. I did everything I could I swear and I'm sorry I couldn't save any of you

I'm sorry.

After he's gone I'm getting rid of the catfish, I don't care how someone is gonna take them because I can't have them anymore because they were part of this. They nipped at everyone maybe they started all this. I'm draining the tank, getting rid of the sand in the bottom, and starting completely over. But I'm so sad I loved my fish... I loved them a lot and I'm so sad. And I'm sorry I couldn't fix them

I forgot how bad it was, once you have a premium membership on DA it's like... impossible to go back to vanilla membership. WELP, I got that taken care of!

Sadly my Kickstarter failed, so I'm trying a different method, which is preorder lisitings! The first one I had ready was my Alolan Vulpix charm, which you can snag for only $8!
